RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You can get a refund or exchange your order after receiving your package, provided you do so within a maximum period of 30 days after receiving it.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must return your item in the same condition as when you received it. If a jar is opened, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. It must also be in its original packaging with all its original contents.

To proceed with the return, you need to ship the package to this address and send us the tracking number to info@rezenergydrink.com :

The shipping costs you paid at the time of purchase will not be taken into account when processing the refund.

As soon as we receive your package, we will get back to you by email and proceed with the refund or exchange of your order if your case meets the conditions mentioned above.

In the event of a refund, please allow 4 to 5 days after our confirmation before the amount appears in your bank account.

VIP SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy for VIP subscriptions is strict and complies with French law. Before subscribing, please note that you can cancel your subscription directly in your account or by contacting us so we can cancel it for you.
